I love the cleanliness and the decor. I feel pampered just being there! But I feel my technician was a bit inexperienced? She just took so many tries with wax to get all of my hair, drawing out the process and the pain.

Staff seemed friendly over the phone, however, they kept changing my appointment time everyday leading up to the scheduled date (5 times to be exact). On the day of my appointment they still had me for the wrong time so I just canceled, even though, I was very excited about trying the waterless pedi.
