she was very late, my color took hours (which then needed to be toned--thus canceling out the deep conditioning), and then she basically ran out of time to give me a decent haircut (she kind of quickly trimmed the ends in the last 3 minutes of our time).

She booked me for a different day than she confirmed with me. When drying my hair she dropped the blow dryer on my head. The only conversation was her marketing herself
