She takes time to listen, is careful about her work, gentle and very personable. I saw her cut a young boy's hair and she was great.

I am so happy with my cut/color. You got it right and your cuts lightened the heavy load of hair I had - made it smooth (thanks for oil color). Feels so very good and manageable. Love the color - you got that right too - not easy for gray hair! wow. You could be my fountain of youth!

Loved everything about me experience and will go back BUT my hair turned out to be the golden color I specificaly did not want. This however seems to be a problem at most of the salons I use?
