I found the advertisements to be a real turn off. It is why we come to the movies to get away from ads. Previews are one thing but the adds are out of line Do other theaters run so many commercials and advertisements. Also your popcorn taste stale :(

definitely need more lighting on the ground so we can see where are walking or stepping. it is extremely hard to see and/or feel where the ground and steps are. i'm surprised more people have not lost their balance or fallen because it is way too dark!
