This is a great place to get a workout. I have been going to GRIT classes which are not so crowded. I would definitely recommend it to everyone

The instructors are great and take the time to show you proper movements. Everyone from very beginner's like me can learn alotnkm just 30 days and bond with other students.

It is a hard work out in the beginning and then the last 25 minutes we get to learn new self defense moves. I do recommend it to friends and anyone who want to get results on losing weight or being confident on learning new self defense moves.
