It was a lovely massage!

The swedish massage could have been deeper and I will request that next time, but I LOVED the long relaxing strokes of the Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage. This massage got the kinks out and relaxed me to the point I heard myself "snort" a little snore. I will definitely return.

The emphasis on the Hawaiian style, long, slow, sweeping movement ascending all of my tense back muscles was incredibly grounding, nurturing and relaxing. Lanakila has this technique mastered - she isn't bumping along your vertebrae like some therapists can end up doing. She nails it every time. This helps with any deep release breathing you may be doing, rather than tensing up. Just release after release. Fantastic foot massage experience and leg work as well - got in there and did some serious good for my sore muscles! Extremely relaxing.
