The rhythm and motion class was fun, it's a great cardio workout, and the teacher has great energy! I'm glad I went.

I went to a "class" that was supposed to be the most accessible for people new to the studio. These are not classes. They do not teach or help anyone. You need to know how to dance and be able to pick up steps immediately like a professional. I found it frustrating and as a result, not fun.
