I loved the gentle, yet intense stretching, as well as the calming meditative quality of the class. The instructor was clear in her directions and walked around helping students with adjustments.

I was a bit nervous since I am new to Yoga. The environment is very relaxing and welcoming. It was a nice experience. I will definitely be going back. I felt great all day.

Movement, meditation and music combined in a way that is naturally healing and strengthening. The instructors are superb, the Center clean, tranquil and inspiring. Try TriYoga.
