It was difficult make an appointment with Aruna also didn't get the 15 min massage mentioned, she kinda told me how to massage myself though, she's very nice and she carefully let you know about the procedure and instructions

I would say if it's your first time be ready to release it all and it may be uncomfortable at first but you have to really relax and Aruna is the best to help you with that .
