Great massage! A must stop in santa Monica, clean premises and great customer service

The place has potential. Everyone was friendly. But it was not at all a smooth operation. It was billed as a two hour massage, however, it was an hour massage with time spent in a very nice dry spa and food was offered at the end. Instructions were not clear. My date's massage was good, mine was relaxing, but the most disaponins massage I'very had. The massage was very incoherent. I have had many couple massage experiences, which at full price were less than what I paid here and far more pleasing. I will not return, nor would I recommend this spa experience.

Sound proof your massage rooms. I couldn't enjoy my massage due to the outside noise. Also have your therapists silence their phones. I enjoyed the sauna area. I wish I enjoyed my experience more. Reviews seemed promising. Will be leaving yelp review

I've never had bad service like that. I am not recommend to go there.

Poor customer service, and misleading description of services. The owner was rude, and actually gave me attitude because she "forgot" to tell me to bring a bathing suit when I made my appointment. Therefore, I was not able to use the hot tub.
