This was a great experience! I just wish they would update the website and the details that it’s BYO clothes and water now.

I loved every second of this! From the moment I walked in the door - I felt welcome and comfortable.I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect - but the staff was amazing and explained everything. The actual sweat experience was so relaxing… The only downfall is I picked a program that was a little more time than the actual sweat so I don’t know how it ended, I will choose better next time!

Staff is very friendly and the place is clean and inviting. The website FAQ should however be updated to reflect that ("We can provide clothing for you") they no longer provide the session's clothing and you'd have to bring your own.
