This series of hypnosis has truly helped me with my eating issue/disorder that has become a serious problem. I was advised to listen to this series and must say that the recordings are all effective, with some more than others. I love the fact that I can refer back to one of the sessions as needed (the aversion therapy is particularly effective that I commonly go back to it). I highly recommend!!

I've only listened to 4 sessions so far, but I think it's really working. I haven't been wanting sweets or junk food like I normally do. I would also like to give positive feedback on their customer service. I had trouble downloading the sessions on my phone, so I called them and left my email address for them to help me. I got a response within the hour and he walked me through a way to download them again. He was very helpful.

I have only listened 2 times and I have not been over eating so happy about that, I am still praying that I continue towards my weight lose goal. I would recommend this product.

At first I was very frustrated because I was unable to play the recordings. However, with just a quick e-mail I was contacted right away. Rochelle apologized for the trouble and advised me that someone would be contacting me shortly with instructions. The quick response and care has lifted my rating from 1 star to four. I hope to update to five when I write about my results. :)

Their cus service finial enabled my account so that I could use it. Though much difficulty getting started, now that I'm on I'll give it a go and then update my review.

All every download says is breath deeply and relax this is a complete waste of money. Not anywhere did any of the downloads talk about what the title says it is
