A fun & encouraging workout environment, especially for me, someone who’s not used to high intensity training. Brittany was very responsive with the emails and Chris was super welcoming- def. killed the intimidating thoughts I had about this sort of workout. Glad I bought this and followed through with the purchase by showing up 😂

Ssseeeerrriiiooouusssslllyyy the best gym in all of Sonoma!!! I get my money's worth here and I encourage everyone to join! U won't regret it! I've been going for 3months now 3times a week and I've lost 14lbs and counting, not to mention I'm stronger and healthier!

This is my first time joining something like this and I must say it's been quite an experience so far! Chris will definitely motivate and help you to reach your goals! It's tough and the workouts will definitely make you sweat buckets but you'll leave his gym feeling all energized!

If you've tried out a lot of different gyms, like I have ..... search no more! Would highly recommend checking out EnviroFit. Impressed with the equipment, staff and support not only from trainers but from the group as a whole. All fitness levels challenged and encouraged in an inviting environment.

Everyone has been really nice so far. I've worked out off and on for years but definitely have been out of it for a bit so I was a little apprehensive to sign up for a gym like this but really wanted a kickstart. Best decision! Chris is in another class of energy and good vibes to pretty much all other people. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help as needed but not pushy.

I started here about a month ago! On my first day Chris and everyone in class made me feel included and are super encouraging! You honestly feel like you've worked out with them for years. Chris and Nick are great at challenging you but keep workouts fun and lively. I love it and plan to keep coming back : )
