Diane Shackleton is an amazing licensed professional who is skilled, compassionate, intelligent, straightforward, realistic, and would never pressure someone into buying "certain" or unnecessary products/services but is and great at answering questions, even if you're not sure what you're trying to ask.

I had a great experience at Fountaingrove MedSpa. Although I love getting facials, I only treat myself about twice a year. The facial I received by Diane was probably the best facial I've ever had. She is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I will definitely be going back.
