We had a wonderful time learning about wines in a cozy wine cellar cave and later enjoyed the lunch we packed out in their picnic area. Can't wait to return!

The winery was founded in 1897 by Ed Haus as Burgundy Winery & Olive Oil Factory but has been run by the Eakle family since 1997. It's tucked away in the valley from the main wineries. Very nice and friendly hostess.

This winery is well worth the drive. If you enjoy the less traveled roads in Napa, you will appreciate the drive. Their wines are really good, and you won't be fighting the crowds in the tasting room. I recommend going there. We would definitely visit them again.
