Wonderful beginning class in Viniyoga! A peaceful and welcoming place...I felt like new after my first class and so glad I have 14 more!

Westside Yoga Studio is amazing! Everyone who works there is very nice and they make sure to find out what injuries each person has so they can help you during the class to not strain any part of your body. Not only that but the teachers are very good at explaining each pose as well as making sure each person is doing the pose correctly. I would highly recommend this yoga studio to everyone!

Lynn you are warm and welcoming. The fellow Yogi's I practiced with were an amazing group of all women at this mid day class tought by the most wonderful Italian Goddess you would ever want to meet and learn from. I thank you all and look forward to Monday!
