The staff at Import Auto Service were kind, respectful, and were not pushy. They went above and beyond on my service. The mechanic showed me some repairs that they recommended for the future but did not try to pressure me to do them. I thought they genuinely had my best interests in mind and even turned me away from service I thought needed done. They were not out for the quick buck, but rather a quality service.

The shop employees seemed stoned and a 30 minute oil change turned into 2 hours. I am very disappointed

Very slow service. I dropped my car off at 7 am, talked to them twice in the day time. Went to pick it up at 4:15ish after work.. They said 10 minutes. Okay no problem, I didn't leave until 5:30
