The classes are challenging but fun. The instructors I've had were great and make everyone feel welcome. These classes are good for any level of fitness. Request the meditation hut, it's seriously the greatest thing ever.

I did not know what to expect when I signed up for the aerial yoga, but I really wanted to try it, and am so glad that I did! The instructor was very patient and explained everything so that everyone was able to complete each pose, while being cradled in this wonderful fabric! The class flew by too quickly!!!

My first CircuSoul beginner's class last night was fantastic! I challenged myself and am so happy that (with my instructor's guidance) I could do learn how to do aerial yoga! I'm going back this Saturday!

We had a wonderful time. This was my first yoga class ever and I am not able to do all the poses, but Nicole was awesome and there was no pressure to do more than I could handle. We are going back next week!!!
