My initial experience with the website and the national customer service office in Texas was extremely frustrating. I called our local Orlando store and spoke with their manager - April. She was outstanding and turned around this frustrating experience for me. She personifies efficiency and customer service. I will certainly use the Orlando store again. Very happy customer!

Great staff, very helpful and saved the day! I placed a same day order thinking it would be impossible to fill, but 45 minutes later they said I could pick it up! One word amazing! Can't thank them enough!
