Just be prepared for a good work out, it's hard enough doing the exercises being in 90+ temps make it really difficult.

I absolutely loved it and I'm an addict now :) I am going to tell everyone I know they should try it. I can see how it may not be for everyone but it's definitely something everyone should try once and THEN decide.

The classes are moderate in difficulty level. The most challenging part was adapting to the extreme heat.
