Jeannette was super friendly and did a great job on my hair. I don't normally like the way I look after a haircut but last night was an exception. My hair looked amazing!!

The overall color took much longer. She took longer that it has ever taken me to get my hair colored to apply the dye and did not mix up enough color. Twice she had to go back and mix more. After an hour and a half I still did not have all the color applied - I then had to wait another 30 mins. The low lights are incredibly dark - having been on my hair for close to 2 hours. The last side that she applied the color to is showing gray - poor coverage. She did not wash the color out well and was messy - left me with drips of color all over my face. I agreed to some layers. My long hair was chopped in what ended up looking like a mullet. Have to pay to get hair cut again at new salon.
