Went in for an ombré. We picked out a light brown color, yet I ended up with a blonde. She said she would blend it in with my natural black hair, but instead I'm left with harsh horizontal lines that cut from black to blonde. No blending technique at all. Wasted 4 hours and money at this salon to have my hair damaged and atrocious!
