Wonderfully restored and maintained historic home. The tour guide was very good and did not overwhelm us with too much information. The entry fee is modest and well worth the visit.

Beautiful, Federal style home with an excellent tour guide. Pretty gardens, beautiful staircase and architecture, and historical Furnishings can be enjoyed. Nice gift shop, too.

Lizzie our guide was excellent! The tour is not too long, the perfect mix of history and interesting relics of the time period. We had two children with us so the time and info was important. It wasn’t “boring” for them, they enjoyed themselves and just enough that they weren’t complaining by the end of it. Highly recommend esp for families

Great Tour and guide

Our tour was interesting and fun. Our tour guide did a great job keeping us hooked on and was great with our four younger kids. My kids really enjoyed this as well.
