About Girls on the Run of Coastal Georgia

With over 200 councils in North America, Girls on the Run has inspired over 600,000 young ladies in grades three–eight to step up to life’s starting line with courage, strength, and confidence. The positive youth-development program instills adolescents with self-esteem while enhancing emotional, mental, and social development throughout a 10-week training program, which culminates in the celebratory 5K run.
