Great group fitness with awesome trainer(s)!! Classes really push you and make you work hard. Trainers encourage you to go at your own pace and are very motivating the entire class!

Justin is a very good and challenging boot camp instructor. Along with proper dieting you will reach your weight goal with him as your instructor.

The bootcamp classes are a GREAT way to switch up work out routines! Whether to lose weight or work on muscle toning, it's fun and it keeps you motivated. The instructors want to help you do the best you can, too!
