Richard greeted me, gave me a tour of the studio and was very welcoming. I’m glad I opted for 60 minute hot yoga class as opposed to the 90 minutes. The heat was intense and I just made it through the entire class, but I felt amazing immediately afterward! Great experience.

First time going. I love Scarsdale and Central Park Ave. Carmen was the first face I seen and she was full of life and smiles very welcoming. My instructor was Steve and he is great at what he does. He believes in his work. Class was filled with experienced students. People who are focused and into using yoga to benefit they’re health, bodies, and well being. Positive instructors, great vibe!
