They were great. Friendly, went out of their way to get a new bike seat for me and found a damaged part on the bike they fixed for $3. Will go back again.

I've been a Bike Connection customer for many years. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel that I'm being sold something I don't need. The technicians are excellent and always do a great job.

I brought in my mountain bike for a tune up that I purchased used. I thought the bike functioned well and wanted to keep it running that way. I rode the bike after I picked it up from Bike Connection and I was amazed! The bike operated much better than before: it pedaled effortlessly & shifted gears easily. I rode for 9 miles that day because I enjoyed it so much. Bike Connection is the best!

Took 2 bikes in for tune-ups prior to a bike ride event explained our issues picked up bikes when ready. Took them on a mini ride before the event had some problems took the bikes back and they were fixed with no additional charges. It was an inconvenience to have to bring them back but they righted it by not charging for additional repairs.
