About Wild Sake

Wild Sake's eclectic menu melds traditional Japanese and American cuisines. Teriyaki-glazed steak comes served with mashed potatoes, and the hot wings are slathered in Japanese-style sauces. However, the big draw here is the sushi. The lounge serves up more than a dozen maki rolls, ranging from spicy salmon to the tilapia crunch, a mix of avocado, cucumber, and shrimp tempura. Bento boxes can be customized to include your choice of appetizer, sushi, salad, and entree.

During the week, Wild Sake closes just after lunchtime, but the sushi chefs are at it til well after sundown on the weekends. They also provide catering services for up to 300 people for special events such as birthdays, weddings, and graduation parties.
