The restaurant was pleasantly decorated with cultural art. Atmosphere was nice. Food was amazing! Already planning a return visit.

Absolutely wonderful!!! I was pleasantly surprised to find this little gem tucked away in Scottdale. The atmosphere is very genuine with a truly authentic Ethiopian vibe. The food is delicious and plentiful!! From the savory lamb and rice to a plethora of taste on the vegetable platter! By far one of the most unique culinary experiences I have had in awhile! Highly recommended!!

Although I'm not the authority on East African cuisine, I do love good food. And this is good food! I have no doubt this was about the most authentic place in the area based off the fact that everyone in there, besides me & my wife, were Ethiopian. We'll be back!

The meal and the experience was nothing short of amazing! My sister and her daughter were in town for a visit and we visited Piassa for the first time. We loved it!
