Ron is super nice & helpful! The gym is small but has a good family vibe. It was very quiet at 3pm. Open 24 hours & has child care! What a great deal.

The gym is currently updating the equipment, layout, kids room and bathrooms, along with extending the hours! This is the type gym where people come to workout and care about fitness, not a pick-up meat market As a woman I feel comfortable working out here

It is a great gym. A bit of hidden jewl that has all the main free weights needed to get a good workout done. Plenty of classes from spin to hip hop for those who enjoy such things. I look forward to getting back to working out at the SV gym.

It is a good gym for individual exercise. There are not many choices of classes for group exercise especially evenings.

It is a quiet workmanlike experience. Not at all fancy, but great for someone who wants a quiet workout with a lot of choices on how to do it.

Never received my training consultation. Not even a tour around the gym.
There's no one at the counter....ever.
When I signed up for ongoing membership, they charged me $37, and later saw a sign right outside their gym advertising $25 membership.
I've emailed the gym twice about this with ZERO response. Cancelling service, if they answer.
