too much negative talk about previous facials and skin type

The hard push to sell very overpriced skin care at the end of the facial, pretty much ruined my experience.

The employee, Jenny, who gave me a facial last spring was not warm when I arrived 5 minutes early, stating that my appt. wasn't for 5 more minutes. I blew that off and remained excited about my facial and being spoiled while relaxing. Then during the facial she quietly scolded me for my problem area on my chin (more than once). Then towards the end she proceeded to ask me in a very sarcastic tone, "did you enjoy ANY of this?" I am a very polite, positive personality and she made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and I couldn't wait to leave. I will never go back there again. I tipped her regardless but was totally disappointed in the experience unfortunately.

I felt like I got talked into buying products I didn't want or ask for. The products were really pricey and I do not feel like I was told that up front.
