Make sure to tell them specific areas you want cleaned, if any. I did not tell them to clean between my washer and dryer and they didn't. I guess I assumed they would.

They didn't show up at all twice (leaving us to wait around ALL day) the third time, they made the appointment time convenient for them, then changed it, without consulting us. I called all day the day before to confirm which date/time it would be (5 phone calls, 2 vM, got a reply at 6:30pm night before NEW DATE) I was able to have someone here to chgd date. The floors look worse now than they did before (dirty). Very disappointed by the entire experience. I would NEVER recommend this company. Extremely poor customer service and a shotty job. I now have to rent a machine to clean the floors myself and hope that they come clean from the mess they made of my home. Extremely dissatisfied!
