Lovely girl and lovely salon.

I thought the actual haircut was excellent. Things that I didn't like was the studio itself, the bathroom that you walk down the hall passing other businesses, you never felt like it was a personalized experience because they were tending to 3 other clients at the same time. My hair cut, shampoo, blow dry, and conditioning all took 30 minutes and the rest of the time I was waiting. The assistant's shampoo was very rough, rushed, kind of hurt and was getting water everywhere. The assustant's flat iron also seemed rushed and I actually commented to slow down because I didn't want to get burned because she was getting so close to my scalp. I actually loved my haircut, probably one of the best I have had but unfortunately for $50.00 for the overall experience and that there are so many other hair studios, I probably wouldn't go back. It has the potential for being a lot more successful with some changes. I am so so sorry to write this review, I never write reviews but thought it was important.
