There is a 3rd party that schedules the technicians and that was a little frustrating because I had to hold for over 30 min to schedule an appt. The person who scheduled my appointment didn't type my street address correctly in the system so the technician couldn't find my house and never called until it was past my appt window. The tech offered to reschedule for a Sunday morning which was nice but not ideal. Once the tech came to our house he was very efficient and did a great job.

The crew was very efficient, explained everything and were neat and clean, left no mess. Would highly them.

Just know they can't clean the ducts if they find mold in them. I'd like to check now to see if the mold has returned to the system.
