Use a scheduling system on line for appointments...

Does NOT accept credit or debit cards. (but no signage displaying payment options). When I told her that is the ONLY way that I pay, and would have to cancel my appointment, she tried charging me a cancelation fee of $140! Her communication skills were a bit off. She called me by different names, confused my appt times when leaving messages, could not remember what I did for a living, even though I corrected her several times. (was a nice woman and liked her work, but needs to move into the times a bit more~ like text messaging, accepting credit cards etc.

She should get an appointment book. Even after confirming my appointment the day before, and 4 phone calls the evening before, she still messed up and "did not have me down" for the time/day that I took my precious time and showed for my appointment.
