Great Experience! The ESOS team is inviting and informative. They walked me through the process discussed my goals and provided guidance without pressuring me to do more services. I did also experience their. New infrared sauna and core pump machine. I was amazed at how different I felt compared to a day at the gym! Would recommend ESOS as a great way to start the new year!
