The trainer keeps you extremely motivated at 6:00am. I will definitely continue after the 8 weeks end.

I enjoy the camp, although I think the 6am Edgewater location is too crowded. Matthew does a good job of trying to walk around and correct people's form, but inevitably it's impossible to correct everyone all the time. It would be better if the group was smaller. The only reason I wouldn't go back is because I can't afford this camp at the full price.
