Great set up for self wash. Each self wash tub has its own area with a gate, which is great because I have two dogs. I was able to take both inside and give each a bath while the other waited.

Didn't like the conditioner because it wasn't blended well. I got oatmeal shampoo out very carefully but both dogs scratched that day. I don't know which product caused it or if it was just the deep wash itself but both are fine today. The manager was extremely pleasant.

Kosmos staff are so friendly. Cathy always grooms my Sammy (Yorkshire Terrier) and does a fantastic job. He just loves her. Ben is also takes great care of Sammy and I. Highly recommend this shop. They also have great food, meds, toys, etc.
