Horrible customer services and took a month to schedule an appointment. Once arrived at site, the place was dirty and in a sketchy part of town. Not worth a dime!!

Maybe hire a receptionist to answer calls and questions instead of ignoring them, especially when with a client. Also showing people a lash first instead of a picture would be a lot more helpful. Mine were too long, dark black and on my eyelids. Very unhappy with the results...not at all curly and girly as I expected.
