Amber was so helpful and nice. I give her customer service two thumbs up! I have never had a spray tan and heard many horror stories about turning orange. Well I didn't and I feel beautiful. Amber fully explain what will happen and what she recommends. Thank You Amber

The girl was very nice, but the equipment was difficult to use. The sensors were very ineffective. Also, in general, the Mystic tan makes you smell horrible! But that's not Planet Beach's problem, that's just Mystic in general.

Advertise the organization as a do-it-yourself walth-through spa day. There is no person who does the massage, faical, etc. also there are extra fees for use of any prouct other than water. Very pricey for a "3 hour tour" in which they are trying to get you to buy a monthly membership. Be honest and up front at the initiation

It's advertises as a "spa" package. We understood that to mean a day at the spa. You know, where an actual person does your facial and massage, not some machine. The ad needs to be more specific about the machines used to "pamper" you for the day
