From the moment I walked in to Remedy I felt like part of their family. The instructors are dynamite and push me while still supporting me completely. Such a special place!

I went to the 5:45 pm class tonight and it was so great!! I really enjoyed it. Lots of great energy, toning, and great music to get lost in. Thanks so much :)
