The people were very nice at the salon but the ketatin treatment made my hair somewhat limp.

The gal was great but I don't feel like she took the time that she should have to straighten my hair. I will have to have it redone very soon. The salon itself did not have a friendly feel to it at all. It took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there.

Some of the stylists were rude. On male, in particular, was taking about sex right next to me:too much information.
