I have been trying to find a colorist that I can rely on for advice. For the FIRST time EVER, I found that with Sarah Courchaine. She gave me advice when I asked for it, (instead of having me make my own decision) and she was DEAD ON! I have gotten more compliments from my cut/color than ever before. THANK YOU, SARAH

Wanted to charge me $20 blow dry after without discussing first. Reminded me of an Asn but for hair. Stylists look bored but micromanaged by owners. My stylist had only been there four monthst but he was very good with hair.

The stylist that worked on my hair did an amazing job I would suggest she leave that place as it would be a detriment to her career. The management is extemely poor and it is evident!!! The girls upfront were not very pleasant either. They are overpriced and have no passion you are treated like a number.....
