It’s easy to guess Shish Kabob’s and Gyros specialty. Flavorfully marinated and grill-licked chicken and beef kebabs and thin slices of Greek-style gyro meat find themselves wrapped into sandwiches, or piled onto dinner platters. However, unlike the miniature cafe inside of a Trojan Horse, Shish Kabob's and Gyros doesn’t exclusively serve Mediterranean staples.
