The Spa facilities are piecemeal, as they took over banquet space, so this isn't a fancy spa. The walls are thin, the decor is mediocre, there are no showers or hot tub, sauna, etc. But the service was great!

Really liked this place. I bought another shellac manicure and pedicure for the future.

There current location does not properly highlight their services. The Long Beach location was much better.

I had an amazing experience. I am recommending Complexions to my friends and family. Can't wait to return.

Their robs could be a little more plush and they should consider offering hot/steam towels with aromatherapy to use while in the sauna and steam rooms. At other spas they offer fresh fruit to enjoy. The water they offer could use a little more flavor. The should put more cucumbers and oranges to add to the flavor. I know this is a newer facility but their sauna could be a little better and bigger. I loved that the facility was very clean and that their staff was very friendly.
