A bit far out of my way, but near the bus stop at Target in Seaside. Service was quick and friendly, perhaps not as professional as other places but worth the money at the discounted rate.

I had to go here four times before someone was there to do the spray tan. I even tried calling to make an appointment and nobody called me back. For security reasons when the person who is working is spray tanning nobody else can be in the shop and the doors are locked because there is only one person working. The spray tan itself was a good experience but the rest was infuriating.

The second time I went to Paradise Tan, during posted business hours, they were closed, lights out, and did not answer the phone when myself along with another customer left messages. Buying a month of unlimited tanning should mean that they are open when their hours are posted.
