I had a great time, and the workouts were intense! The "warmup" was a workout all by itself. I can't wait to go back, unfortunately I do not live nearby, so my appearances in class will not be close to each other

Instructor was nice enough and completely open to the idea of having beginners in his class. He doesn't expect everyone to be an expert which was nice. Great work out.
