I really liked the atmosphere at this salon and liked the services too. But...Im debating going back or not. The person who did my color was trying really aggressively to sell me products. It was really uncomfortable. Even worse, she told me when I needed to return and brought nthe appointment book over as if I barely had a choice in the matter. I hadn't even seen my hair at this point, I was still wrapped in foils. I should have at least had the opportunity to see my hair before being pressured to return. I am considering returning but not to the same

I specifically asked to have my hair my natural color and the lady said I won't do your natural but it will be close. My hair turned red. Not my natural brown hair color
