I attended a "beginners" pole dancing class which in my opinion was not truly for beginners. Although I had a good time, I'd say that it was more of an intermediate pole dancing class. All of the ladies there were quite familiar with the standard pole acrobats and were quite skilled in doing so. If you are looking for a real beginners pole dancing class, you may want to look elsewhere.

They are amazing teachers, they were able to pick one or two small things to correct each time to get you to where you felt very comfortable. I feel that at any level you would leave feeling good about what you can do as well as how far you can come in one day. I really enjoyed myself and adored the instructors!!!
