We both ordered lasagna, and it was served only partially heated, with a bunch of cold bits in the middle. We each sent our lasagnas back for additional heating -- and, to be clear, the person who served us was extremely gracious and even apologetic about this -- but even on the second round they were still not heated all the way through. It seems like either your instructions for heating the lasagna are wrong, or your microwave needs to be repaired/replaced.

there are some varieties of gluten free treats that are not heavy. Love to see a few options along with the tasty but very hefty options. Cupcakes, for example, should not stick with you but be lighter. But I do love the cookies that have heft. So not a critique but a request to expand beyond the heavy.

I cant eat rice, so I cant have anything at the Flying Apron. I get things for my daughter. I would love to see rice free, wheat free baked goods.
